Building Quality

Time is the ultimate test of building quality – the first Zuccala home was built in 1957. And, as we’re company proud of our family values, we like think that generations and generations of people will come to live in our homes. Right from the very start, Zuccala has exceeded expectations.

 

We use seasoned stabilised structural framing timber, three coats of paint on walls, heavy duty framing studs to galvanized lintels.

 

All our homes meet current six star energy requirements.
